Wet Scrapper Conveyor
A wet scraper conveyor is a heavy-duty chain conveyor system that uses the forged chain link (20MnCr5) with scraper blades that efficiently drags the wet, sticky&high-temperatureabrasive materials like sludge, ash, and coal slurry especially in Sponge & Iron Ore Industry.
Wet Scrapper Conveyor suits mainly in double strand & single strand with 30deg to 45 deg. inclination and operates atnormally in low speed.
A fully enclosed MS conveyor consists of Head End Assembly, Tail End assembly and a water tub for cooling down the high temperature mature. The head sprocket & trailing wheel are maintained with hardness 55-60 HRC. The bottom of WSC is installed with abrasion resistant cast basalt tiles
The chain link MOC used in the wet scarper are more commonly 20MnCr5/40 MnCr5 in the sizes 3001,3002, 3003 & 3005.Hardness of chain link are 55- 60 HRC
