Working Principle

Dry material is fed into the conditioner where rotating shafts fitted with specially designed paddles thoroughly mix the material. Controlled water injection ensures proper moisture content, converting dry ash into a conditioned, dust-free form. The conditioned material is then discharged for safe conveying, storage, or disposal.
