Submerge Ash Conveyor
The submerged ash conveyors, which are primarily used in power plants to handle hot bottom ash and red-hot material from coal-fired boilers. In this system, high-temperature bottom ash falls directly from the boiler throat into a water-filled trough, which quenches the ash to reduce its temperature. The conveyor then travels up a dry incline to allow the ash to dewater and drain before reaching the discharge point.

Handling bottom ash and hot slag.
Managing mill rejects and economizer ash for immediate transport or disposal.
